The meeting of the founding general assembly of Damascus Aman Private Joint-Stock Shareholding Company:
On 07/10/2017, the meeting of the founding general assembly of Aman Damascus private shareholding company was held at the headquarters of Damascus Cham Holding Company in Marota City. In the presence of the Chairman of Damascus Cham Holding Dr. Bishr Al-Sabban and Mr. Samer Al-Fouz, Damascus Aman Chairman, and a number of senior executives of the two companies in addition to the presence of a representative of the Ministry of Interior Commerce and Consumer Protection. The meeting included reciting the founders' report, the in-kind shares report, the establishment expenses auditor, in addition to the election of the board of directors and an external auditor to announce the establishment of the company. The members of the Board of Directors have been selected according to precise criteria, since the size of the project to be carried out by Damascus Aman is considered one of the largest and most important projects in Marota City, whose investment value exceeds 150 billion Syrian pounds. The Board of Directors consists of: Attorney Mr. Bashar Assi (Chairman) representing Aman Holding Company. Mr. Bashar has a proven track record where he has held a variety of leadership positions in management and real estate development. Mr. Mohammad Ragheed Al Amari (Deputy Chairman) representing Damascus Cham Holding Company, who has experience in executive and financial management and corporate development for more than 25 years in a group of the most important private companies in Syria, especially in the field of real estate development. Mr. Abdul Ilah Al Mallouhi (Board Member) representing Aman Holding Company has more than 19 years of banking and financial experience. He has held leadership positions in international companies such as Ernst & Young, Emaar Properties and Al Baraka Bank. Mr. Abdul Ghani Kayali (Board Member) representing Damascus Cham Holding Company who has administrative and financial experience for a number of the most important companies in Syria and the Arabian Gulf. Mr. Fadi Mohammed (Board Member) representing Aman Holding Company. He is a Syrian businessman with experience in the field of investment, real estate marketing and contracting inside and outside Syria.
